Introduction
Grace Church - Plettenberg Bay is founded on the conviction that the Scriptures are the very Word of God (2 Tim 3:16) and that within them, God has provided instruction for living a fulfilled and joyful life. It is also within the pages of Scripture that God reveals the cause of pain and suffering that leads to man having to face the consequences of his own choices and the choices of others.
For man is born for trouble, As sparks fly upward. Job 5:7
There is no denying that we live in a broken world and that problems arise daily - the prophet Job expressed this reality when he said, "For man is born for trouble, As sparks fly upward." (Job 5:7)
It is this "trouble" that impacts our lives and the life of the church.
Grace Church is committed to serving our members and the local community by providing counsel through the exposition and application of God's Word. We believe that God has given us all we need to know Him and to live in a way that is pleasing to Him. As we pursue God, all our difficulties may not evaporate. However, when a person willingly submits to God's instructions and cling to his promises there is hope and help.

Grace Church is here to help people with a variety of issues. Some of the more common problems we routinely help people through include:
- Those struggling in their marriage
- Parents in raising their children
- Those dealing with sexual sin
- Those struggling with their emotions (e.g. depression or anger).
Regardless of the issue you bring to us, we believe that God’s Word (the Bible) is sufficient to answer any of life’s problems and questions.
